Crispin has spent his career coaching athletes and adults across a wide range of goals—from young basketball players developing their game to busy professionals reclaiming their health.
He built Prototype around a simple belief: real results come from individualized attention, honest coaching, and a process you can trust. No hype. No cookie-cutter plans. Just deliberate work that compounds over time.

Originally from London, England, Ian Rosario brings a high-energy, detail-driven coaching style to Prototype. With a deep background in sport and a lifelong obsession with football, Ian understands what it takes for athletes to move well, compete hard, and perform with confidence. At Prototype, Ian works with athletes across multiple sports, focusing on speed, agility, strength, conditioning, movement quality, and overall athletic development. His football background gives him a sharp eye for footwork, quickness, coordination, and game-speed movement, but his coaching extends beyond one sport. Whether he is working with a soccer player, basketball athlete, or active adult, Ian's goal is to help every client become stronger, faster, more explosive, and more resilient.
